Who we are
This website is published by Metacred, a division of META Company, 6841 Elm Street #0300, McLean, Virginia 22101-0300, USA. Our website address is https://metacred.com.
What this site collects on its own
This site has no user accounts, no comments and no analytics, and it sets no cookies of its own. Its typefaces, images and scripts are served from this site, so loading a page sends no request to any other company. Like every website, the service that hosts it keeps standard server logs (the address a request came from, the page requested, the browser used and the time) for security and operations, and those logs are not used to identify individual visitors.
Information you send us
Request information
If you use the Request information form, the details you enter (your name, email address, telephone number, organization, website and what you need help with) are sent to Metacred and kept for business development and marketing purposes. By sending the form you agree that we may contact you and your organization about our services.
Request a proposal
The proposal tool is hosted by SurveyMonkey. The information you enter there is collected on SurveyMonkey’s servers under SurveyMonkey’s privacy policy and is then transferred to Metacred, where it is kept for business development purposes and may be entered into our customer relationship management system.
Who we share it with
We may share the information you send us with our test service provider or other vendors, only as far as needed to judge the fit, operational impact and value of a working relationship between Metacred and your organization. We do not sell it.
How long we keep it
Information you send through either form is kept indefinitely for business development purposes unless you ask us to erase it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and you can ask us to erase it. Erasure does not cover data we must keep for administrative, legal or security reasons. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the rights granted by the GDPR and the UK GDPR apply to the data you send us, and the vendors named above state that they comply with those regulations.
